Tems, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer whose real name is Temilade Openiyi, has voiced her admiration for Canadian artist Justin Bieber.

During her recent appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show, Tems referred to Bieber as “one of the purest souls” she has ever encountered.

She mentioned that the artist behind “Peaches” is both kind and supportive.

She shared the story of how she managed to have both Wizkid and Justin Bieber join her for her Coachella set earlier this year.

I was scheduled to perform at Coachella, and since Wizkid happened to be in town, we invited him to join us on stage. He gladly agreed, saying he’d definitely come out.

On the day of the performance, I received a text from Justin Bieber saying he was nearby and available if I wanted to have him join me on stage.

“Justin Bieber is truly one of the most genuine people I’ve ever encountered; he’s incredibly kind and supportive. When he came out, the ground was literally shaking as everyone went wild. I was quite taken aback. Justin, you’re amazing!”
