Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and Wale Akinterinwa, both governorship aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state, have successfully completed their tour of the 18 local government areas.
Their aim was to garner support from party members ahead of the party primary.
Governor Aiyedatiwa concluded his campaign tour by visiting the three council areas of Akoko North West, Akoko North East, and Akoko southeast.
He expressed his gratitude for the immense support he received during his tour, emphasizing that it reflects the strong desire of the people of Ondo State for continuity.
Governor Aiyedatiwa highlighted the remarkable progress achieved during his tenure and stated that the people of Ondo state yearn for the continuation of this positive trajectory.

He urged his loyalists to remain steadfast until the primary, urging them to join him in their respective wards on Saturday.
His goal is to ensure that the developmental phase initiated during his time in office continues, and he emphasized the importance of collective voices being heard loud and clear.
Governor Aiyedatiwa also made a specific promise to increase developmental projects in order to strengthen the status of Ikare as one of the major economic hubs of the state.
On the other hand, Wale Akinterinwa concluded his tour in his hometown of Ile-Oluji.
He assured journalists that he would stay true to his campaign promises and expressed confidence in his victory at the primary.
Akinterinwa emphasized that the people are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced candidate who can fraternize with them and has a proven track record in government.
