Nigerian Breweries Plc has once again announced an increase in the prices of its products, which will come into effect on April 9, 2024.
This follows similar announcements made in February and March 2024. In a price review notification issued on April 5, the company informed its direct customers in the west zone about the upcoming price changes for some of its SKU’s.
The notification stated that all open orders in the system at 00.00 hours on April 9, 2024, will be invoiced at the new prices. Customers were advised to contact their regional business manager for further clarification.
The price review will impact 45 products, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as beer, malted drinks, and others. Brands like Export, Goldberg, Gulder, Heineken, Life, More Lager, Star, Star Lite, Star Radler, Tiger beers, Amstel Malta, Maltina, and Hi Malt Fayrouz products will be affected.
The company attributed the price review to the rising input costs and the need to mitigate the impact. Nigerian Breweries assured its customers of continued support for their sales and distribution efforts.
