On the Enugu-Ebonyi border, gunmen kill two soldiers and three police officers

On Saturday night, armed robbers opened fire on the border between Enugu and Ebonyi, killing two soldiers and three police officers.

According to information obtained by Obasanjonews24, the attackers, who were travelling in a Toyota Sienna, initially killed the two soldiers at a checkpoint in Enugu before moving on to the border between Enugu and Ebonyi.

At the border post, three police officers are said to have been shot dead.

According to reports, a second injured policeman is undergoing care.
