On Election Day, Abuja PDP Chairman perishes in an accident

It has been reported that Mr. Sunday Zaka, the PDP’s chairman in Abuja’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has passed away.

Zaka, also known as HIV, perished at roughly 3 a.m. on Saturday following a deadly accident while travelling to his home in Kuje, according to Dailypost.

After some partying in the city centre, he was assassinated with his personal security.

The terrible occurrence has not yet been confirmed by the family, but party leader Michael Kpatuba broke the news early on Saturday morning in a post on his Facebook page.

Hon. Zaka Sunday, Chairman of the FCT PDP, may you rest in peace “said the tweet.

In the early hours of Saturday, his family discovered that he had passed away in his sleep.

According to information obtained by Tribune Online, the party’s leader coordinated the party’s pre-election activities until late Friday night and was said to be eagerly anticipating the start of voting on Saturday.

His remains have already been placed in the national capital’s Asokoro Hospital mortuary.
