But, sir @PastorEAAdeboye, how about our Palestinian brothers and sisters? Palestinians have a higher proportion of Christians than Israelis do. They number 500,000 to be exact. Doesn’t the Bible instruct us to love the members of the family of faith first, before loving strangers, in Galatians 6:10? Because you didn’t even mention them in your communication, they might feel abandoned. If I were a Palestinian and I came across your post, I would become even more hopeless.

Acts 10:34 asserts that God is impartial. But if we pray for Israel while ignoring Palestine, are we not being biassed, sir? Maybe that was a mistake.

I’ve been to Palestine, sir. I won’t wish my own enemy’s situation on them. They are equally God’s offspring. Don’t they deserve our love, prayers, and all the non-military assistance we can muster in order to lessen their immense human suffering?

Since Saturday, the Gaza Strip has been completely engulfed in military confrontation due to the escalating tension between Israel and Hamas.

Humanitarian organisations said that the fighting had already killed over 2,300 lives on both sides.

If you’re going to defend Israel as a Christian, then do it out of personal bias. Stop showing your ignorance by assuming that you’re supporting them out of religion or in the name of Christianity. The majority of Israelis identify as Jews and reject Christianity and Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ). Jews think Yeshua (Jesus) was a fraudulent impostor.

They also continue to look for the true Messiah and think the Gospels were written by European heretics. Please do some study on what I just said and fact-check me before you call me names. I pray that God will punish me if I lie to you.

Nothing mentioned above should cause you to despise Jews or Israelis. The wisest course of action would be to not resent anyone for practising their religion, especially if their faith does not in any way conflict with yours. cherish Israelis. In addition, I love Palestinians. You don’t have to choose between the two things you love. God does not teach neighbour love at the expense of self. Why do you love one above the other, then?

Yeshua Hamasiach (Jesus) is a concept shared by Palestinian Muslims and Christians (yes, 500,000 Palestinians are Christians). Christians from Palestine consider Him to be God’s Son. Muslims in Palestine think He is God’s prophet.

Abandon Hamas. Be hostile to Hamas. Encourage your government to denounce Hamas. Encourage the UN to take action against Hamas. However, be aware that Palestinians are not the same as Hamas. It is a terrorist organisation supported by Iran that needs to be destroyed. Many Palestinians are both terrified of and victimised by Hamas. Hating the Palestinians because of Hamas is equivalent to hating the Northern Nigerians because of Boko Haram or the Ugandans because of LRA.

Bethlehem, Jericho, Nazareth, and other sacred sites frequented by Christians and Muslims in Palestine are cared for by them. Christians are utterly beloved by Palestinians.

The Israelis are not the most isolated people on the planet. The Palestinians are they. oppressed, unwelcome, and unloved.

Pray for Israel, Palestine, and the Palestinian people. Both deserve your compassion and empathy as well as the support of the entire world in readingh a two-state solution.
