Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, called Mohbad, was a singer who was a huge loss to Yorubaland, Nigeria, and the rest of the world, according to the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi.

The monarch also urged the authorities

to look into the circumstances of the singer’s passing.

In a statement released through his spokesperson Alli Ibraheem, Oba Akanbi also urged young people participating in the protests to behave politely.

I sympathise with his immediate family and the entertainment business, and I also call on the enthusiastic Mohbad fans to leave the street and return home, the man stated. If the protest is not adequately organised, it could be taken over by criminals.

“Stakeholders are already fighting to guarantee Mohbad’s justice. The young people should work with the government by acting peacefully.

May the soul of the late Mohbad rest in peace once more.
