Legendary Yoruba actor Ojo Arowosafe, also known as Fadeyi Oloro, passed away after suffering from illness for a number of years.
The 66-year-old passed away on Tuesday night. He was best known for his role as Fadeyi Oloro in the 1980s Yoruba television programme Arelu.
Famous comedian and actor Bayegun Oluwatoyin, also known by his stage as Woli Arole, announced the sad situation in an Instagram post, writing, “So happy I reached out to you sir, so happy we played our part, we laughed together, and we were able to offer our support. The Legend Fadeyi Oloro, may you rest in peace.
“Let’s check on people while they are still alive, let’s demonstrate our love when people can sense it, and let’s lend a hand when it is clear that we need it.”
The actor died at the University College Hospital, according to the deceased’s daughter Fasunwon Bidemi Oluwafunke, who also confirmed the occurrence.
Keep in mind that Fasunwon recently divulged specifics of her father’s situation during an Instagram live session with well-known On-Air Personality OAP, Daddy Freeze. She said that her father’s landlord had presented them with an eviction notice since they couldn’t pay their rent.
