Akinsola Akinyemi has been named the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of the company by Neveah Ltd, a well-known commodity trading firm.
Mr. Ibidapo Lawal, the chief executive officer of Neveah, made the announcement in a statement.
He identified Akinyemi as a seasoned finance professional with more than 12 years of practical experience, among other things, in treasury management, regulatory reporting, and financial accounting.
Lawal claimed that Akinyemi is adept at seeing prospects for company growth and has helped illustrious businesses thrive.
According to him, based on Akinyemi’s prior performance, the company was pleased about his leadership.
They are sure that Akinyemi is qualified to continue the CEO’s work in guaranteeing the company’s financial stability, he said.
Neveah’s services are focused on finding the best agricultural and solid mineral products, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Mostly from the home market, they are exported to satisfy consumer demand on global markets.
Tin, columbite, lead, zinc, tantalite, and tungsten concentrates are its principal export-ready minerals.
The main agricultural products that Neveah exports are dried split ginger, dried hibiscus flowers, dried orange peels, and sesame seeds, according to NAN.
The company sells commodities to Switzerland, Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, and China from its primary markets in Europe, North America, and Asia.
