After the 2023–24 season concludes, Plateau United has declared a three-week holiday for its players and officials.
The statement was delivered by the club’s general manager, Habila Hosea Mutla, in front of the players and technical staff.
Mutla expressed gratitude for their efforts, which guaranteed the club’s fifth-place finish at the end of the season, although he was disappointed that the team was unable to qualify for the continental tournament.

He also expressed gratitude to the technical crew for their tremendous work during the season.
The Jos club’s season-ending matchup with Enyimba ended in a 2-0 loss.
Plateau United, however, has declared Ibrahim Title to be the team manager going forward.
