North Central APC requests assistance from legal professionals, CSOs, other individuals to remove Ganduje from office
The North Central All Progressive Congress, APC, Forum has urged professional bodies in the region, such as lawyers, civil society organizations, and journalists, to unite in efforts to remove APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje.
This call was issued by the forum’s Chairman, Alhaji Saleh Mandung Zazzaga, during a discussion with journalists in Jos, the capital of Plateau State.
Zazzaga emphasized that numerous votes of no confidence have been passed against Ganduje from his Kano ward.
He stressed that the actions taken are solely for the benefit of the North Central region, prompting the call for professional bodies to collaborate with the forum.
Zazzaga highlighted that the forum has championed various noble causes across different political parties and non-political spheres, all aimed at enhancing the region’s welfare, not just limited to APC-related matters.

He called upon all individuals in the North Central, regardless of their political, professional, or ethno-religious affiliations, to join forces with the forum to advocate for Ganduje’s removal and ensure a deserving candidate from the region assumes the position.
Zazzaga, a member of the Presidential Campaign Council in the previous election, mentioned that the forum’s lawsuit against Ganduje is scheduled for a hearing on May 30, 2024, urging everyone to back the forum in various capacities.
He clarified that the forum’s persistent push for the National Chairmanship position to be zoned to the North Central is not only because the region deserves it, but also due to its significant contributions to the party’s progress and success in the 2023 elections.
The Forum also credited the North Central’s substantial support for the emergence of President Bola Tinubu and emphasized the region’s importance in the party’s achievements.
