Nollywood actor Saheed Balogun is mourning the loss of his daughter, Zeenat Balogun, who has sadly passed away.

On Saturday, the actor shared on his verified Instagram account that his daughter had passed away. He posted a solemn image of candlelight surrounded by flowers and included heartbroken emojis in the message.

The heartbreaking news was later confirmed by his colleague, Ronke Oshodi Oke, through her Instagram account.

Accompanying a candle image, she shared her condolences: “No words can lessen the sorrow of losing someone dear. My heart is with you @saidibalogun in this challenging time. May the love and support around you provide strength.”

At the time of this report, the cause of Zeenat Balogun’s death is still unknown.
