Nollywood mourns loss of actress Stella Ikwuegbu

Stella Ikwuegbu, a seasoned Nollywood actress, has away.

On Sunday, film producer Stanley Nwoko, also known as Stanley Ontop, posted the depressing news on his Instagram page.

Nwoko disclosed that Stella, who had been fighting leg cancer, passed away today, June 16, Sunday.

“Popular Nollywood actress and veteran Mrs Stella Ikwuegbu is deceased,” he wrote.

“The veteran actress, who had been fighting leg cancer, passed away today.

“God bless you, Madam Stella.”

Ijele Ozioma Christy Ejiofor, a different coworker, wrote: “Ukwu Gi Dia. Why? You made it through a number of them, mishaps included. When Eniure/Achieve arrived, it killed you in less than a week. Oh my. I’m sorry.

“Jennifer, Stella Ikwuegbu, nenu, you did not enjoy anything.” Why? Simply put, why?
