Nine political parties have merged with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in anticipation of Edo State’s eagerly awaited 2024 governorship election.
Chief Sam Arase, as Chairman of the Edo State chapter of the National Rescue Movement (NRM), announces a noteworthy political change within the state.
The coalition comprises of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Action Democratic Party (ADP), All Peoples Party (APP), Accord, Young Progressive Party(YPP) ,Action Alliance(AA) and National Rescue Movement(NRM).
The Assembly of Registered Political Parties in Edo, through Chief Arase’s spokespersonship, declared their full support for Senator Monday Okpebholo as the endorsed candidate of the APC.
