Nigeria’s tallest man passes away at age 48

Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, Nigeria’s tallest man and actor, has passed away.

The 48-year-old passed away on Wednesday night at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) following a protracted illness.

In a tweet posted on Thursday, well-known Twitter influencer Pamilerin Adegoke announced the man’s passing.

Agoro’s passing was announced via Twitter by Adegoke, who wrote: “Nigerian tallest man Afeez Agoro Oladimeji is dead after suffering from prolonged sickness.”

Oladimeji, who was born in Sabo Yaba, Lagos State, and stood 2.25 meters (7 feet 4 inches) tall, passed away after eight months of bed rest.
