Nigerian gamer Oluwole sets a new world record by playing video games for 75 hours. Discover his journey to this incredible feat.
Oside Oluwole, also known as Khoded, a biochemist and car dealer from Nigeria has set the new world record for playing video games non-stop for the longest period of time.

The proclamation was issued by the Guinness World Record, also known as GWR, via a social media message.

Playing over 500 games, Khoded, who is 24 years old, achieved a record by spending 75 hours on a soccer videogame.

In 2022, he broke the previous record of 50 hours set by Englishman David Whitefoot.

The biochemist initiated an effort to gather funds for a hospital in his hometown, Iejbu-Ode.

GWR made an announcement about Oluwole’s achievement, stating that no one in the past has surpassed this record by such a significant margin as he did. The original record was set in 2010 with a time of 24 hours and had gradually increased to 50 hours after being broken seven times within an eleven-year span.
