Nigerian girls are allegedly motivated by money when entering into relationships, as stated by South African reality TV star, Malibongwe Gumede
Malibongwe Gumede, a radio presenter and reality TV star from South Africa, has said that Nigerian women join romantic relationships with the intention of extorting money from their spouses.
She claimed that South African women approach men they admire and pursue relationships with them without taking their financial situation into account, in contrast to Nigerian women.
The Nollywood actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, co-hosts the Frankly Speaking podcast. In the most recent edition, the “Bae Beyond Borders” star discussed his experiences.

“We South African women will not hide our feelings if we like a guy, let’s say a Nigerian guy,” Gumede declared. I can work with you without even needing you to start spending money. I like you, if that makes sense. It’s sincere.
However, I’ve found that Nigerian girls must first drain you of all your energy. That’s what I’ve observed regarding girls from Nigeria. Too much of a money lust. You know, girls from South Africa, that as long as you put in the effort, we will still love you even if you are poor. But when it comes to Nigerian girls, money is everything. They won’t even talk to you if you don’t have any money. If you don’t have enough money to support their lifestyles, what will they be getting out of you?
