In his first exercise update on Thursday, Colonel Abdulrazaq Kazeem, Director at the Directorate of Explosives Search and Disposal, Nigeria Army Engineers, disclosed this.

Among other things, Kazeem stated, “A total of 93 unexploded bombs have been discovered from the location.

“Such ordinances will be relocated to the range as soon as we reach the maximum permissible explosive levels in our holding area.

“I’ll go to the range today if we reach the explosive limits today. Because it is measured in kilogrammes, we wouldn’t go more than one kilogramme over the explosive limitations. We wouldn’t go over that queue. We have not yet reached the boundaries at 93,” he remarked.
