The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) is inviting interested parties to submit bids for the purchase of the Presidential aircraft, Falcon 900B, which has been placed up for sale.
This was revealed in a tweet posted on the NAF’s X page on Monday, stating that the aircraft was listed for sale after receiving approval from the federal government.

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) stated in a flyer inviting bids that “the Federal Government of Nigeria has approved the sale of Falcon 900B aircraft owned by the NAF.”
“All interested parties are hereby invited to submit bids for the purchase of the aircraft by the NAF, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007.” Bids may be sent electronically or in person.

“If bids are sent via email, they must be password-protected and sent to dproc@airforce.mil.ng; the password must be sent to dproc2@airforce.miI.ng separately.
When submitting the quotations in person, the interested company or entity’s name, address, description, and request reference must all be written on the sealed envelope containing the quotations. Additionally, “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 24 DECEMBER 2023” should be written on it.
“Please be advised that bids will be handled as soon as the deadline for submissions expires.”
