Buhari called the nation’s continued infrastructural development “wonderful.”
On Monday, President Muhammadu Buhari advised Nigerians to be grateful for what they had because their condition was not as bad as other nations’.
After commissioning certain initiatives carried out by the public and private sectors and capping off his official tour of the state, the President delivered a speech at a state banquet in Kano.
In a statement made by his media assistant, Femi Adesina, Buhari referred to the nation’s continuous infrastructural development as “wonderful.”
We live in a wonderful country, but we don’t really appreciate it until we travel to neighbouring nations and other places where having one healthy meal a day is the norm.
“The quantity of high-rise structures I see and the amount of growth on the ground are spectacular when I fly by helicopter.” Thank you, God. Thank you, God. “We are grateful,” the President remarked.
“Whether we like it or not, we are going to leave the country for them,” Buhari warned the elite, urging them to inspire and motivate young people to pursue education.
They must value education for its own sake. Although technology has made it feasible to take shortcuts, real learning cannot be replaced. Encourage the kids to learn, please.
He commended Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje for doing a great job with infrastructure and added that his recent state trips to Kogi, Yobe, Lagos, and Katsina demonstrated that the various governors had done a great job within the constraints of the resources at their disposal.
