Nigeria Decides: Obi votes and expresses hope for victory

In his Amatutu ward two, polling unit 019, Agulu neighbourhood in the Anaocha Local Government Area, Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, cast his ballot.

At around 11:45 a.m., Obi cast his ballot and expressed confidence in his success.

He expressed his satisfaction with the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) performance thus far in the election to journalists and expressed his hope that other regions of the nation would see similar results.

“I am confident that I will win this election because it is crucial to Nigeria.”

“I am capable of leading this nation and have the zeal, energy, and determination to do it.” The contender for president stated, “We must make things right in Nigeria.”
