Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State announced on Wednesday that his administration has implemented strategies to eliminate bandits and kidnappers from the state.
He made this statement during an interview with journalists following a courtesy visit to Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Sule mentioned that the State Government, in collaboration with the Federal Government, established a Military Super Camp in the region known for banditry and kidnapping.

The governor highlighted the efforts made to improve infrastructure in the area, including the construction of major roads.
Additionally, he emphasized the presence of military personnel in the region, which has contributed to the eradication of criminal elements.
Sule also noted that Nasarawa State has been recognized as a safe haven for agricultural activities and has excelled in various agricultural sectors over the past three years.
