Naira abuse: Cubana Chief Priest states disagreement with EFCC trial in court
Nightlife entrepreneur Okechukwu Paschal, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has expressed his disapproval of being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for alleged naira abuse.
On Tuesday, Cubana Chief Priest was detained by the EFCC and subsequently presented before a Lagos Federal High Court, where he faced a three-count charge related to naira abuse.

However, during the court proceedings, Cubana Chief Priest’s counsel, Chukosolo Ojukwu, objected to his client’s arraignment by the EFCC.
Ojukwu informed the court that his client had already filed an application opposing the trial and had also submitted a bail application.
