Chikezie testified before the court that Haruna Ocheni had shot and killed his son, with Adama Musa, the prosecution’s attorney, leading the charge.

He added that he got in touch with Ocheni, who showed up at his residence with a rope, tied his son’s hands together, and dragged him.

In response to his son’s resistance, he said, Ocheni struck him in the head with a weapon before shooting him.

Chikezie went on to say that he brought his son to Kubwa General Hospital, where it was determined he was dead.

Haruna Ocheni, the already-fired Inspector, was given a 30-year prison term on Friday by the court for the 17-year-old boy’s death.

With over 29 years of experience as an inspector, Ogbonnaya claimed he should be familiar with the regulations governing his field.

He acknowledged firing two rounds from the gun and did not dispute using it.She stated, “The rounds were fired knowing that they could result in death.
