Senator Magnus Abe has announced that his switch from the Social Democratic Party (SDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) will not cause any internal conflicts within the party.
This decision came after a disagreement between Abe and former Governor Rotimi Amaechi, which resulted in Abe failing to secure the APC ticket. However, Abe has now emerged as the governorship candidate for the SDP in the upcoming 2023 election.
In a press conference in Port-Harcourt, Abe emphasized the need for unity and collaboration within the party to fulfill the expectations of the people. He also expressed his support for President Tinubu’s government and the development of Rivers State.
