Claims that Jose Mourinho, the manager of Roma, communicated with Brazil regarding the national team post have been refuted.
After Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti declined the position to agree to a new three-year contract at the Spanish club, Mourinho has been connected to the position.

Mourinho has maintained, though, that he is dedicated to the Serie A team.
They didn’t talk to me directly, so I’m not sure if what they’re saying about Brazil is real or not.
“I told my agent that I don’t want to know or talk to anyone else until the club has decided if I am staying or not,” Mourinho stated following Roma’s Wednesday night 2-1 victory against Cremonense.
