The most “rugged” candidates in Nigerian elections, according to famous singer David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, win, he claims.

On Wednesday, the musician issued the statement via his X page.

His message read, “Nigeria Election nah by who rugged pass.”

Davido responded to a question from an inquisitive fan by saying that tough individuals were on his uncle’s side, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State.

“Na ruggedity ur uncle take win Abi?” commented a fan using the X handle @chief_ochuko in the comments section.

Men mount, Davido retorted.
