Two additional key suspects in the murder of well-known musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, alias Mohbad, have been named by the Lagos State Police Command.
Idowu Owohunwa, the state commissioner of police, identified Primeboy and one Ayobami as key suspects in the case involving Mohbad’s boyhood friend.
Feyisayo Ogedengbe, an assistant nurse, was already identified by Owohunwa as the main suspect in Mohbad’s demise.
The CP had claimed that the nurse lacked the training necessary to treat the deceased’s injury from his last performance.
The police chief declared: “Primeboy, Auxiliary Nurse, [and] Ayobami Sediq, aka Splendid, are prime suspects,” during a press conference in Lagos.
Splendid was involved in allowing the nurse—whom he knew lacked the necessary training—to deliver a powerful drug that caused responses that ultimately resulted in Mohbad’s demise.
