Naira Marley, a well-known musician from Nigeria, claims that the late rising star Mohbad apologised to him after claiming in a video that he was for Naira Marley’s life.
Mohbad had warned the world in a video that Naira Marley and his Malian group should be held accountable if he perished in any way.
Additionally, the head of the Malian Record has been accused of being responsible for his recent strange death.
Naira Marley, however, said he met the young musician after he recorded the video and had proof of his apologies to him in an interview with Reno Omokri.
“Up to this point, I’m perplexed. When he passed out like that, I tried to seek him assistance. Naira Marley stated, “I wasn’t even in the nation when he recorded the video.
“I was travelling abroad. I’m positive he made the video during the NDLEA [arrest]. Rewatching the film, I can see that I was gathering information from everyone present because, as I previously mentioned, I was not in the nation.
“Before I came back, I kind of dispatched someone to the NDLEA. The following day, when I returned, they claimed Mohbad had gone. They said Mohbad wasn’t detained along with the others.
“Anyway, I didn’t save Mohbad. There’s just Zino. Hence, it was that paranoia…When he [Mohbad] produced that video, Zino was still a member of the NDLEA. I wasn’t there.
“I was outside of Nigeria when he released the video in which he suggested holding Naira Marley and the Malians responsible if he died. I asked him when I got back. I ran into him when I got back.
When I tried to ask him what was wrong, he apologised and stated he didn’t understand. Yes. He expressed his regret. I’ve got a video on that.
