Mocking Real Housewives of Lagos show, Toyin Lawani expresses astonishment at her participation

In response to her participation in the contentious reality series Real Housewives of Lagos, celebrity designer Toyin Lawani has expressed regret.

She called the show a “joke” and said she’s still in disbelief that she was in it.

The Real Housewives of Lagos reality show, as reported by Obasanjo News24, took a contentious turn when some of the stars in season 2 accused Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo of “bullying.”

Ojo defended herself by saying that the show was written in a message that was just made public on her Instagram page. She said that although she had chosen to play the “villain,” her co-stars were giving the impression that the show was based on “real life.”
