Ministerial Screening: You will not be sorry for nominating me – Wike says Tinubu
Nyesom Wike, the Minister-designate, has pledged President Bola Tinubu of his loyalty if he is elected Senator.
Wike stated that Tinubu would not be sorry if he was confirmed as a minister.
He revealed this at his ministerial screening on the Senate floor on Monday.
While serving as a minister, the former Rivers State governor boasted about infrastructure development.
“In four years, I built 12 flyovers that Julius Berger did,” Wike says.
“I never left my state during my second tenure, and when I was leaving, women brought out their wrappers to say, ‘Well done, my son, you have done well.'”
