Ministerial appointment: Adamu Garba said, “I’m not complaining about Tinubu ignoring me
Adamu Garba, an APC leader, claims that despite being abused and humiliated for supporting President Bola Tinubu’s campaign, he has not protested about being passed over for a cabinet job.
According to Garba, Tinubu’s cabinet picks were fair-minded and objective enough to establish a cohesive and powerful government.
Garba stated on Thursday that the President performed a great job since he was fair to all regions of the nation in a post on his social media page.
He wrote, “As you may know, my face is all over the place during the campaign, promoting President Tinubu’s candidature, but I also get attacked, insulted, and was dragged through the mud, but I don’t complain for not getting picked, why, because the picks were balanced and objective enough to start a strong and unified government.
Government is a function of time F(t), therefore just because I don’t have anything right now doesn’t mean I won’t in the future. However, I am aware of when something is done correctly, and even if it does not benefit me, I will support it.
“We have concerns with the economy, food security, and general security; our responsibility is to support our leaders as they act in the best interests of our nation.
“The period of complaining, campaigning, and resistance is finished; now is the period of government. Because governance is nonpartisan and impacts everyone, its success benefits everyone.
