Lionel Messi, a forward for Inter Miami, has listed the teams he believes are the greatest in the world.

They are Real Madrid and Manchester City, according to Messi.

In addition to winning their home leagues this season, Madrid and City had won the previous two Champions League championships.

Messi was linked to a move to City when playing for Barcelona, the Spanish team that Los Blancos would always have to contend with.

“After winning the Champions League, Real Madrid is the greatest team in the world.

Real Madrid is the top team based just on results.

Messi declared, “I think Manchester City are the best if you go by level of the game.”
