Ismaila Maihanci, a candidate for the House of Representatives from Taraba State’s Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal seat, has gone away.
After the midday prayers today at the National Mosque in Abuja, Maihanci’s janaza (funeral prayer) will be held. Maihanci passed away early Saturday morning.
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP)’s programme helped the politician and businessman, who was born on October 22, 1986, win the most recent general elections.
Additionally, he worked for Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku as a special adviser before his election. In Taraba State, he had previously held the position of PDP Secretary.
His son and wife, Fatiha Sangari, are the only ones left behind.
