Wilson Ndubuisi Uwadiegwu has said that he is not guilty of killing his wife, Ogochukwu Uwadiegwu Anene. He has been accused of killing her.

He admitted that he and his wife had a fight over bread, but he said he had nothing to do with her death.

Uwadiegwu claimed in an interview with BBC News that he didn’t beat Ogochukwu and that he had paid for the bread, but his wife had demanded additional items that he couldn’t afford.

“At that point, my wife started verbally abusing me and shouting all kinds of things. I shattered a mirror out of rage, breaking my wife’s hand in the process. My son joined his mother in berating me, so I hit him.

“I only ever hit my wife once, and that was a long time ago.” My wife wasn’t feeling well when they contacted me from the village, so I returned home and drove her to the hospital, where it was later determined that she had passed away.

Rumor has it that Ndubisi Uwadiegwu murdered his wife, Ogochukwu, by beating her to death over a piece of bread.

According to the deceased brother Chukwuebuka Anene, the incident occurred in December in Enugu State. She begged her husband for money so she could buy bread, but he refused because he didn’t have any.He claimed that the wife bought bread for the kids with her money, but the husband ended up eating it all. That sparked a confrontation between the pair, which followed an argument. The dad attacked his 14-year-old kid, who was attempting to break up the fight while also hitting his wife with a mirror.

She called while sobbing on the phone, complaining that she wasn’t feeling well. She was sent to the University Teaching Hospital, Enugu State, after doctors discovered that her muscle had torn and that she had internal bleeding, but she passed away there.

According to Chukwuebuka, Ogochukwu’s husband, Wilson, wanted to start making funeral arrangements right away, but the family opposed and demanded an autopsy to find out how she died.
