According to the Ondo State Police Command, Yusuf Adenoyin, a suspect, was apprehended by its agents after it was said that he had eight dried human skulls.
According to a statement released by the command’s spokesperson, SP Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, the incident happened at Isua-Akoko in the state’s Akoko South West Local Government Area.
According to the statement, the suspect was taken into custody while a few command officers working at the Isua-Epinmi checkpoint as part of the Police Safer Highway Patrol were carrying out their assigned tasks.

“One of the passengers took to his heels while the vehicle was being searched, and the police pursued and arrested him,” the statement reads. Upon searching him, a sealed polythene bag containing fresh human flesh, eight dry human skulls, and charms was discovered hidden within a garri sack he was carrying. Yusuf Adenoyin, the 31-year-old suspect, claimed he would give the goods to herbalists.
During questioning, the guy allegedly admitted to providing seven human skulls prior to his detention.
In addition, SP Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya said that a probe had been started to find his collaborators.
