According to Obasanjonews24, Rasidi Ladoja, a former governor of Oyo State, has sued both Governor Seyi Makinde and Oba Lekan Balogun, the Olubadan of Ibadan land.

The recently elevated Ibadan High Chiefs were also taken to court by the former governor.

Recall that the state’s Chiefs Law was recently modified by the state House of Assembly.

Although Ladoja disassociated himself from the promotion, the Olubadan promoted ten (10) High Chiefs in the historic city to the position of Oba on Friday.

Ladoja had before stated that the Olubadan crown was the only one in which he was interested.

The Oyo State High Court received the complaint from Ladoja’s.

Court documents that the Obasanjonews24 acquired on Wednesday reveal information about the lawsuit.
