Dele Momodu urges President Tinubu to heed Ndume’s call and sanction Wike. Read more about the political insight.
On Thursday, Dele Momodu, the publisher of Ovation Magazine provided President Bola Tinubu with some guidance.
Momodu suggested that Tinubu take heed to the advice of his acquaintance, former Senate Chief Whip Ali Ndume.
He implored the President to take action against FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike in order to prevent potential turmoil throughout the nation.
According to Momodu, Wike showed disrespect towards Tinubu during his conflict with Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State.
Momodu wrote on his Facebook page stating, “As a concerned friend and Brother, Your Excellency, I have taken the decision to draft this open letter addressed to you.”
You know that I belong to the opposition, but we have a significant history together. My commitment is solely towards telling you the truth.
TRUTH is the first thing to vanish in the Presidential villa because some Nigerians have a knack for manipulating individuals with authority. This fact is abundantly clear.
The process of becoming deified can happen quickly and cannot be undone. I am reaching out to you not with the expectation that you will follow my suggestions, but rather to make sure someone has provided an accurate depiction of reality for your consideration. Additionally, in the hopes that some of your companions may read it aloud to you during a sober moment.”
“Be cautious of the hero-worshippers at the National Assembly who have elevated you to divine status, in God’s name. NDUME is your most trustworthy ally; heed his advice and beware of upcoming peril.”
As a leader, it is crucial to uphold discipline. Your recent follower, NYESOM WIKE, has exhibited disrespectful behavior towards you in the FUBARA issue. It may be necessary for you to impose sanctions on him before he creates widespread chaos throughout Nigeria.
