After battling injuries, Nigerian attacker Sadiq Umar is ecstatic to be back at his best.
After suffering a cruciate ligament injury in September 2022, Sadiq was sidelined for the rest of the season.
Real Sociedad, the 26-year-old’s La Liga team, has been easing him back into the game this season.

In his past two Real Sociedad games, the striker has scored two incredible goals.
Sadiq stated he is improving and intends to perform better as the season progresses.
“I’m happy with my goal. I know that the more I play, the better I grow. I was out for a long time last season due to an injury, but this season I am getting better,” Sadiq stated on the club website.
Real Sociedad has 26 points from 15 games, good for sixth place in the La Liga standings.
