Lagos police have arrested a man after a fight with his younger brother resulted in a fatal push, ending in tragedy.
A man believed to have pushed his 47-year-old sibling resulting in their demise has been apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command.
On Saturday, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) was informed by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson for The Command, that the incident had indeed occurred.
An unnamed individual reported the incident to Hundeyin on August 24 at approximately 6:40 a.m.
According to the report, Ayodeji Busari from the Iba region in Lagos is accused of pushing his younger brother during a quarrel at around 11:00 p.m. on August 23.

According to reports, the victim had travelled from Port Harcourt to Lagos for a visit with a friend. Sadly, he was pushed and hit his head on the pavement leading to him being rushed immediately to Igando General Hospital where medical personnel later declared him dead.
After the occurrence, investigators went to the location for collecting proofs such as pictures. Furthermore, they shifted the corpse of the sufferer to Yaba’s Mainland General Hospital Mortuary in order to conduct an autopsy.
Further investigation of the case has been entrusted to the State Criminal Investigation Department located in Panti-Yaba.
