Lagos lawmakers confront the DSS over the detention of their colleagues, demanding immediate release.

Approximately 30 members of the Lagos State House of Assembly visited the Department of State Security office in Magodo on Thursday.

It seems their visit is linked to the detention of two colleagues who were summoned for questioning on Wednesday regarding state assembly matters.

The two lawmakers summoned for questioning are Hon. Lanre Afinni and Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu. Sources indicate that one has been released, while the other remains in DSS custody.
