On Wednesday morning, a tragic incident occurred at Aribemchukwu’s residence in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi Lagos State. It is with great sadness to report that she was the daughter of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia.
Affectionately referred to as Chuchu, she was found deceased outside the entrance of her residence.
An anonymous family insider shared that the homicide presumably took place during the preceding night.
The informant hinted at possible responsibility of just-recruited domestic workers, who seemingly tried to distort evidence by making it look like an outdoor crime scene. Evidently, there were traces of blood removal in both the home and its surroundings.

According to Obasanjonews.com, the occurrence has been validated by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who serves as the police spokesman for Lagos State. The authorities have detained three employees working in domestic roles: a driver and two maids.
Hundeyin confirmed that the investigation is still in progress and additional information will be shared as soon as it becomes obtainable.
Aribemchukwu, who had recently tied the knot and was working as a physician, has greatly stunned her community with her untimely demise. The incident underscores the significance of being watchful when appointing new employees.
