Lagos Gov Takes Femi Olaleye’s Release to Supreme Court After Appeal Court Ruling

In response, civil rights organizations submitted a petition to the Lagos State Attorney General, Lawal Pedro, SAN. They urged him to appeal to the highest court in order to restore public confidence in the justice system.
According to TVC News, the state government has submitted a notice to the court of appeal.
The purpose of this message is to notify all parties involved that an appeal has been filed against the decision, and the case will now be taken to the country’s highest court for a final ruling.
