Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the Presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the upcoming 2023 general election, emphasized that Nigeria possesses the necessary manpower and resources to effectively address the prevailing insecurity issues in the country.

Speaking at the mini national Convention of the party in Abuja, Kwankwaso acknowledged the urgent need for a change in leadership style, as both the PDP and the APC have failed to meet the nation’s expectations.

Dr. Ajuji Ahmed, the National Chairman of the NNPP, echoed Kwankwaso’s sentiments, stating that the challenges faced by the nation were a result of years of mishandling, rampant corruption, mismanagement, and continued lack of governance.

Ahmed emphasized the party’s commitment to tackling these challenges head-on, with a focus on ensuring security and eradicating poverty.

He stressed the importance of providing quality education for all children, from primary to tertiary level, and highlighted the NNPP as a major beacon of hope for the country, considering its rapid growth and the failures of both the PDP and the APC.

Kwankwaso further emphasized the need for an alternative to the APC, as he deemed it a failing party. He expressed his belief that the NNPP is the only party capable of providing a viable alternative, based on its current growth and factual evidence.

He highlighted the dire situation in many parts of northern Nigeria, where insecurity and poverty have hindered access to education for children.
