Korede Bello expresses disappointment with young artistes, blaming them for lowering the standards and quality of music in recent times.
According to Korede Bello, the music output from Nigeria has been diminished in quality by the younger generation of artists.
In a recent episode of Hip TV’s program Trending, hosted by reality star KimOprah, the 28-year-old was featured speaking.
He believes that young artists do not possess sufficient experience to produce music of high quality.
According to him, the quality of an artist’s music decreases as they achieve stardom at a younger age.

“When young artists become famous, the experience they gain is not enough to maintain quality in their music,” stated Bello.
Young individuals haven’t learned the art of living yet. They are simply aware that they exist without a true understanding on how to live. Yearning for a grand existence, their song choices reflect this desire.
African China, Timaya and Fela have all been through experiences that are reflected in their music; it speaks to the truth of their reality.
Blaming these young artists is inappropriate as they are only capable of giving what they possess.
