Kollington Ayinla, the legendary fuji musician, denies rumors of his death

Kolawole Rasaq Ilori, also known as Kollington Ayinla, is a well-known fuji singer who has denied reports that he has passed away.

Ayinla’s serious physical state and unidentified illnesses were the subject of earlier Tuesday reports.

The 75-year-old artist addressed worries about his health in a public statement from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, or LASUTH, on Tuesday. He declared that he is still alive.

The fuji legend also thanked Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, for his assistance during his recent sickness.

Additionally, he expressed gratitude to the hospital’s management and CMD, Adetokunbo Fabanwo, the Chief Medical Director of LASUTH, for their superb care and treatment.

“Thank you to the people of Lagos.” I would want to express my gratitude to the State University Teaching Hospital’s administration, led by Adetokunbo O. Fabanwo, and the government of Lagos State.

“I want to thank God and the team because without them, I would have passed away. Only God has the power to rescue lives.
