Kizz Daniel on why he hired Emperor Geezy, his former boss
Singer Daniel Anidugbe, better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel, gave an explanation of why he appointed Emperor Geezy, the founder of G-Worldwide and his former record label boss, as the new Chief Executive Officer of his imprint, Flyboy Inc.
Because Geezy was one of those who wanted his music brand to expand, he claimed that he made the choice despite their earlier falling out.
The singer of “Buga,” who noted that he and Geezy were able to work things out last year, also mentioned that Geezy is someone he can trust with his reputation.
Adesope Olajide, the host of the Afrobeats Podcast, included Kizz Daniel on the most recent episode.
“I can trust the Kizz Daniel brand with him [Emperor Geezy], I know he wants this brand to grow,” he claimed.
Since the start of last year, we have been pals. Our differences were a thing of the past. I simply asked him to manage the label while I recorded, and he said okay. I feel comfortable using the Kizz Daniel brand with him as one of the people.
He is the kind of man I can tell, “You know what, I know you love this brand with all your heart, not just for me, and I know you want this brand to grow.”
