The Katsina State Government has immediately terminated the Katsina United Football Club’s management.
This is stated in a statement issued by the club’s media officer, Nasir Gide, on Wednesday and signed by the state’s sports commissioner, Yusuf Rabiu Jirdede.
The state administration’s attempts to restructure and revitalise important government institutions for better service delivery, according to the announcement, served as inspiration for the dissolution.
It stated that a temporary management committee had been created to oversee Club operations while a permanent management committee was being chosen.
Alhaji Kabir Danlami Rimi (KADMASH), Gaddafi Muhammad Rudwan, Aminu Abdullahi Leno, and Abubakar Sani have been chosen to oversee club operations as members of the interim Management committee.
