Kano Policeman: “I Swear I’ll Kill” Protesters

The officer can be heard stating, “Continue to loot. Is it due to me not retaliating as I should have? Those who are hurling stones must not cease. I vow by God that if any police officers bleed, there will be fatalities. I swear on my life.”
