The Kano Hisbah Board apprehended 20 individuals for participating in mixed-gender bathing within the state. Acting on reports from locals, Operation Kau Da Badala conducted the arrests at a leisure facility on Ring Road.
Deputy Commandant General Mujahidin Aminuddin Abubakar highlighted that this behavior violated Hisbah laws, which forbid the mingling of genders during bathing activities.
He emphasized the need for a more appropriate alternative that would attract divine blessings instead.
